Amazing family business! Have been in many times for a bouquet on the day and theyve always been stunning and great value for money. They did my mothers funeral and a family celebration and both times the service couldnt have been better. Flowers were beautiful, organised and delivered without us having to lift a finger. My husband ordered me some Christmas Flowers & they were absolutely beautiful, smelling freshly cut & presented so much better than the average florist. Personal service, local delivery on time. Above our expectations. Thank you, would definitely recommend & definitely be back to reorder more.

I have thought long & hard about writing a review. I was very upset after the mistakes made with the flowers for my mothers funeral & didnt want this to be review based on initial feelings. However, a few weeks on, I am still very upset about how we were treated. I ordered Freesias, as they were my mothers favourite, & nothing turned up & then they denied ever having received an order even though they had muddled up the card from my family with the flowers from my cousins. Terribly rude over the phone to my cousin. Although they did apologise, refund the cost & send more flowers they got another florist to send the flowers rather than make amends themselves. The only apology I had, even though they had my contact number, was on a card written by the florist they chose to send me the flowers (still not the freesias I particularly requested) All their flowers died within a week. The one time you NEED everything to go to plan & these florists let us down terribly. Very upset & disappointed with their service from start to finish. I will be recommending that the undertaker chooses someone else to give his business to.
