        Very happy with Harbourside, friendly, helpful receptionists, Ive not had any problems getting an appointment with an appropriate wait time and the GPs have been great so far. Would recommend.

        The e-consult service is terrible, unqualified people answer the phone and make you wait. You might have to go to hospital before you get an appointment

        I find the appointment system at Habourside easy to use and convenient, the receptionists have always been very helpful, professional and kind. I am very happy with any Dr or nurse I've seen at the surgery and found them to really listen to my needs and advise accordingly. They are also brilliant with my children.
