Bristol Multi Trades deleted (or hidden publicly) all our Facebook review. They had 1.1 star review from Facebook. Robert James Price was very rude, very unprofessional, and has given us loads of headaches and heartaches when we have asked them to do our house renovation. Rushed us to pay a deposit of 15,000.00; 3,500.00 for scaffolding; 400.00 for architect; 675.00 for steel engineer - I WAS NOT GIVEN ANY RECEIPT/INVOICE for any of amount of money I had paid above. Scaffolder told me it was a "CASH ON JOB" hence refused to give me a receipt. They were RARELY present in our house, taking jobs in-between whilst working in our house. Rob went on holiday in Norway after receiving my money. After 3 months working in our house (with little attendance), all they have done was put the timbers up as structural foundation and the steels beam for the loft. Scaffolding went up end of August 2017. We have been left without walls, without ceiling, with leaking roof in very cold, raining, winter season from September to December. Above can be confirmed by our second builder. Robert also called our neighbour "dumb" for parking the car outside our terraced house which debris fell on our neighbour's car. Debris they have left on top of scaffolding that was blown away in an open roof that they left (loads of rubbish) and he told me that it was a staged incident when I told him about that. Really rude!!! They left us in freezing weather because I refused to pay further 8,000.00 as per adviced by Citizen's Advice Bureau. Currently, they are under investigation by Trading Standards after Citizen's Advice Bureau reported them. The amount of money I have given does not tally with the work that was done at home. Rob even threatened me that he will call the police against me if I call him and roof not leaking etc; and he said "see you in court". All conversations including the bad words sent to me via text messages and e-mails were kept and sent to Checkatrade and Trading Standard in Bristol City Council. Rob and Brad even blamed me for all the delays in our house renovation for not following up the council and the steels engineer (never knew his name even until now) but they were the project manager. I will NEVER RECOMMEND them to anybody and have told all my friends and colleagues about what happened to us in their hands. If you would request proof of everything I have written here, please get in touch with me as I am true to my words. Thank you for taking time to read my review.
