I have worked with Daniel on a number of projects over the past few months. Knowing that tender writing is not our core strength I have found Tenderwin a great service - from providing reassurance, clarity and timely responses to the demands of our own capacity. If you need support with bidding and don't have a specialist in house, then I'd definitely recommend.

We were approached by Tenderwin when they found a national tender which we were suitable for. I'd never paid for this type of service before, but the job was right up our street so I took a punt with Tenderwin. Thanks to the efforts of Daniel Bouvet at Tenderwin we were successful with the pitch! I found Tenderwin to be most organised, responsive and professional and the service they delivered was top class. The company documents produced in conjunction with Tenderwin have also won us several other pitches since. Recommended.

Taylor & Pickles have used Dan at Tenderwin on several occasions and always found their services very professional, and once the tender has been submitted, Dan is always at the end of the telephone should there be any questions that need answering. Our two most recent tender submissions with Tenderwin have been sucessful with us being awarded nationwide multi-site contracts. We were approached by Dan at Tenderwin to bid for an NHS supply contract with an annual value of 40k over 4 yrs so total potential spend 160k. At first he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. It was only after we won the contract that he showed his true colours. In fact the contract was awarded on a multi vendor basis with something like 14 successful bidders. So not what he had led us to believe at all. He led us to believe that if we were awarded the contract we would be their sole supplier for 4years. When we expressed our surprise that we had not been appointed as sole supplier, his reaction was that sometimes this happens. Which is fair enough but he still wanted us to pay his fee in full. We said that wasnt fair as we might never get any orders if there 14 approved suppliers bidding for every single enquiry. When we suggested a reduced fee he appointed a debt collection agency. This heavy handed and bullying technique achieved nothing as we disputed his invoice so the debt collection had no right to pursue the matter. However they did and despite several aggressive attempts from them we stood our ground. We even asked him to take us to court, which unsurprisingly he chose not to do as he knew he didnt have a chance. So my advice is to steer clear of tenderwin.
