Hugely under staffed, staff on duty are under massive pressure and sadly appear poorly trained. Boots has gone from an High Street icon to a poor, tired and aged company that clearly has lost it's way.

Very rude staff, 3 stood behind the till and didn't other to even look up u til 5 minutes after. Didn't want to help with my important prescription, told me to go else where and when I asked what I could buy over the counter to help they said o. So tried to book flu jab because they had signs up everywhere to then be told they don't do flu jabs. Biazzare, absolutely awful experience

Disorganised. Last Saturday 17:00pm a growing number formed a queue as we all watched the pharmacist gaze upwards in multiple directions to find a prescription for the first gentleman who had been patiently waiting as I was now third in the queue. It was embarrasing to watch. The point came when I had to leave as he made no attempt to reach up or ask a question. By now six had formed a queue. Perhaps the system will improve to help Boots bring about efficient work practices. Many weeks later, six visits in person, Pharmacy happy to blame BRI / Boots. Portishead computer records failed to log the delivery. Find out today 6/4/23 that BRI/ Boots have records of it being physically delivered on 15/3/23. This was a late delivery but still proves that pharmacy cannot find the meds that reside under their feet. One star for too many failings.
