Helen is just fabulous. Not only as she helped me on a number of issues with her remedies but she has a wonderful calming presence which helps you feel at ease. Her knowledge is incredible and she was able to know exactly what I needed when each new thing cropped up. The changes Ive seen in myself both physically and emotionally are amazing and it was such an easy process. Id recommend over and over again. Thanks so much Helen. x

More energy, less mood swings. Found my first experience enlightening thanks to Helen's approach. Saturday appointments worked well with my busy schedule. Thanks, would recommend, even to sceptics.

Ive been seeing Helen for some time now, working through a couple of issues which I had previously found difficult to resolve. The improvement really has been unbelievable. Helen has an incredible ability to put you at ease, from the moment you walk through the door. She asks questions and develops the conversation in a way that never feels pushy or leading and is completely non judgemental, making it comfortable to talk about anything and everything in the most lovely of surroundings. I would recommend Helen to anyone looking for help or support with their wellbeing, for whatever reason. I genuinely wouldnt want to see anyone else and wish I had found her years ago!!
