A really lovely home from home feel about this place. Clean, with everything you need in the rooms. Really personal service. The breakfast was just lovely, you must try the homemade sauces and jams! Was really pleased to arrive to a piece of homemade cake too, delicious! Great location for anything in Keswick or Derwentwater based. Views of the lake and mountains from my room, breathtaking!

Fantastic service, lovely and spotless rooms, with lots of natural lighting, and excellent food! The b and b itself is in a wonderful location, with fantastic views and a nice little pub within stumbling distance! Paul and Debbie were extremely welcoming and friendly and helped us feel at home the second we walked through the door! Cant wait to visit again!

My friends and I from Singapore had the best experience staying with Steve and Sue. Not only did they gave us the most accommodating experience, they also made it feel like home. It was like we never left. From the amazing breakfast of our choosing, to the beautiful views from the B&B, everything was a 5 star! They were extremely friendly and catered to our needs when we needed a little bit extra. The only bad thing would be leaving. Saying goodbye was difficult, lets hope we cross paths again some day!
