        An excellent sports massage today performed by Julie which was followed up by a detailed exercise program sent by email. Julie is very knowledgeable and professional throughout her treatments, I would highly recommend her.

        Thanks to Julie my mobility has increased 10 fold and I am feeling so much better. My muscles were holding in a lot of stress and tension but are now much more supple.

        Having pain in my knee from running, saw Julie for a few sessions. After each session the stiffness had eased up considerably and the stretches she recommended were very useful. Would highly recommend Julie ,very impressed with her knowledge and advice
