I went to Clodie with a pain in my knee that has been present for the last year and a half. She was able to recognise very quickly what the issue was and where the tightness was. Since my appointment with Clodie my knee feels a lot more mobile and i have more confidence in my knee. She also gave me a set of specific stretches to carry out every day for 10 minutes to help prevent the pain from coming back. Now that i am consistently doing the stretches on a daily basis i can confirm they also work! Would highly recommend to anyone who has pain in their body and wants to become fully mobile again. There is a solution! Thank you Clodie, i will be using your services again when required.
