        Ive been looking for a nice sofa for a while now, few times Ive popped in to DFS Christchurch store. Theres one particular member of staff(woman with straight, darker shoulder length hair, wearing glasses) that somehow Ive found very unpleasant and unfriendly. Thats a shame for DFS to have staff like shes, Ive felt ignored, no help or advice. Such an unsatisfactory experience!
