Clive was superb. He was professional, courteous and thorough when unblocking the drains at my house. In what proved to be a challenging job, Clive was able to use his experience to identify the root of the problem and clear the blockage. He left the house immaculate and was conscientious throughout. I cannot recommend highly enough!

We had problem with blocked drains, we called Clive at D&P, he was on another job but said he would be with us ASAP, he arrived within the hour, he then set about resolving our problem, he located the numerous drain covers and set about sorting the problem, he solved and cured our nightmare in under an hour, very friendly, loved a chat, told us exactly what he was doing and gave us loads of advice on how to keep our drains from blocking again, would recommend D&P highly, and to top it all NO callout fee either. Excellent service. Prompt arrival and sorted out problem within minutes. (The first two rods at the head of my series of rods had become unscrewed and were stuck at the far end of the pipe I had tried to clear.) Fully recommended. A professional who really does know what he is doing.
