My sleeve has split, it's under warranty but I have left messages on twitter, Facebook and sent emails . They can't be bothered with a vunerable wheelchair adult. They sell the product to the vunerable or medically prone if we have a problem but obviously they take our first money and no back up or warranties. The only good thing is the shape and colour

A sturdy band to replace my original one with worn out Velcro. My original engraved part slotted into it quite easily. The new one is really rather bulky and does interfere with getting sleeves on and off, but does feel more durable. However, the very end part of the Velcro is prevented from meeting its 'other half' due to the rubbery part attached to it being stronger than the Velcro. (See photos.) I ended up with a black one as having emailed to ask whether the other colours were going to be back in stock soon, I received no reply. Not very keen on black, but 'needs must'. It's good that the band can be worn with personal details facing downwards, and the ICE ID facing upwards, to be noticed if required. Tip - do measure your wrist as it might be bigger than you think - I nearly ordered a different item, then at the last second realised my wrist was too big for it, and that's why I went for this option. My parcel was posted promptly, first class, but Royal Mail took a week to deliver it. Not ICE ID's fault!

Product is as described and of good quality. When you receive the silicon band, you have to assemble the bracelet, cutting the silicon to the correct length. No instructions supplied with the bracelet on how to cut to the correct length. I was a little disappointed that this seems to be a drop shipment company, probably produced offshore, the website gives the impression that they are a UK company.
