        My holiday cash was delayed by the strike at the end of September. I paid 4 visits to the Christchurch Sorting Office in the two days before leaving and the two ladies and one gentleman who tried to help me bent over backwards to give me some good news. Unfortunately none was forthcoming until the morning we were leaving when 10 minutes into our journey to the Tunnel the tracker showed the cash had been delivered to the Office. We turned round and went back and the staff very kindly went into their delivery and look for it so we left happy but half an hour later than we wanted. No problem in the end. Full Mark's, Ladies and Gentlemen, couldn't have asked for more.

        Our parcel went to Saxon Square Post Office not the main sorting office elsewhere in Christchurch. Darren was super helpful in tracing the item saving us a longer jouney. Great Service.
