We cannot thank Will enough! After moving into our new house, our Obi found visitors completely stressful. He would bark, lunge and growl at anyone who came round, making us feel completely anxious about friends and family visiting. Not only was it worrying that he would bite someone, but so sad that others weren't meeting the lovely pup that we both adore. We were recommended Will by a friend, and straight away he gave us reassurance right from the first phone call. After meeting us and Obi, Will gave us new strategies, rules and boundaries to put in place at home and within weeks we noticed a massive difference. Every question or doubt, Will was on hand to reassure us and remind us to trust the process. Throughout our training sessions, he gave us advice and guidance. 6 months later, we have recently invited some friends around, and were absolutely speechless with the calm behaviour that Obi displayed. He lay down near our guests, listened to the commands we gave and barely barked! We couldn't believe it! Although there is still more work to be done, we are amazed at the changes we've seen in Obi. Not only are we much happier and less stressed, but most importantly, Obi is too! Thank you Will!

We were at the point with Rusty where our walks were awful - he would lunge, pull and bark at other dogs, people, cyclist etc. Hes so strong and was impossible to control. I had been working with multiple trainers previously but hadnt seen any improvements. Working with Will has been a complete game changer. After our first session we had a new approach that really worked with Rusty, we had more control which enabled us to work on his reactivity. Weve recently started training with the ecollar so that we can work towards being off the lead - and were finally seeing an improvement and consistency with his recall. Initially, I was apprehensive about the balanced dog training approach but am so glad that we found Will. I had tried for years to follow positive reinforcement training but it didnt work for Rusty with his high energy and high prey drive. Our walks have completely transformed and are finally an enjoyable part of our day Thanks Will!

Will has been a massive help with our dog Ralph. We got him during covid and I now still work from home. So he is used to having us around and in the early days, we probably werent as strict with giving him alone time as we should have. It made leaving him tricky, as he would bark, howl and get very stressed. Typical signs of separation anxiety. Whether it was in fact this or not, he did not like us leaving, so we always made sure someone was with him. But this caused a lot of stress if plans changed. Luckily he was crate trained at night and Will explained that we should use this to tackle the issue. So now he gets a 2/3 hr walk before he is left when we go to work (just a few days a week), and check in on him during lunch. He understands that this is his time to settle down and after ignoring initial whines for attention and getting into a regular routine, he sleeps and is quiet until we return. Such a simple fix if willing to put in the work. We are all much happier and relaxed for it. One visit from Will is all it took. He also recommended a raw food diet. And we would never use anything else now. So many benefits! Cannot recommend Wills services enough.

Will has worked wonders with our 2 year old french bulldog. Bullet came to us very reactive to dogs, cars, people, well pretty much everything really! Will has answered all our questions, made suggestions and provided us with explanations for behaviours and how to deal with them. He has shared his knowledge and experiences and has truly made us better dog owners. We have felt really supported throughout the training and feel more confident, especially when weve had multiple triggers all at once! Bullet used to be terrified of going out for a walk but now hes so much more relaxed! Even our friends who have seen us out walking have noticed a massive difference! We cant thank you enough Will
