Naseby Care Home

The care and attention my mother receives is exemplary. The staff at Naseby, without exception, are kind, attentive, hard working but above all professional. They know my mum's quirky habits and behaviour, always having time to talk to her and provide reassurance when and where appropriate. We all have to make decisions in life but the best one, by a mile, was placing my mum in the care of Naseby. Even during this horrible, challenging year I get regular updates on my mum's condition and general health along with any information relating to the Covid pandemic. I hope Karen and her team have a great Christmas and New year...they've earned it.

The staff are always so supportive of my wife. She has been at Naseby for more than four years now ,during which time her Alzheimer's has progressed to the point where she is unable to communicate or carry out even the most basic task. She is physically very well, comfortable and perhaps most importantly, she is secure and content. I attribute this to the care and attention she receives. Thank you, Naseby.

My wife who suffers from Alzheimers is resident in Naseby Care Home in Avenue Road, Christchurch. She has been resident for several years and is being well looked after by the Home. I have to say that from my experience the Manager, supervisors and staff at Naseby are excellent and I can unreservedly recommend the Home to anyone who has the need to accommodate a relative there for whatever reason. I dont lightly give recommendations or praise but this case is an exception. Terence Haynes
