        Purchased the brockenhurst suite with deluxe logs from British Fires. The quality is excellent and it was easy to fit with comprehensive instructions. The flame effect is so life-like and relaxing to watch. Would highly recommend.

        We purchased a new forest electric fire. The flames are more realistic than any other electric fire on the market. You can assemble the fire bed whatever way you like. Super looking fire and a great product. Customer service, in my opinion is top notch, very responsive and very helpful.
