    I'm adding this review here as they seem to have renamed the account my old review was attatched to, I don't know why they would do that but seems a little shady to me... I Posted the following in early 2022. "I had been ordering from this place for years until a few days ago, i had ordered a kebab with salad, chips and jalapeno poppers. When the food arrived it was missing the salad, i used their online chat to let them know they forgot the salad and had planned on leaving it at that but was offered a replacement kebab, which i accepted, i asked if it would be possible to get the chips replaced too as they would be cold by the time the replacement arrived to which they agreed and i received the confirmation emails for. about 30 minutes later the delivery arrived and it was just the missing salad. After i contacted them again it turns out the manager at the store refused to replace the meal over a "free salad". i called the agent who i had been messaging online who kicked the situation up to her manager who emailed me within an hour and said they were refunding the order. I had tried explaining to the store manager over the phone that i was offered a replacement meal by the agent and because of that i hadn't eaten what was delivered because i was told i was getting a replacement (and was asked to give the original food back to the driver) which means the food was now cold. I was offered a free drink or something by the manager the next time i ordered but that isn't happening at this point, i spent on average about 15 a week with this store (based on bank records over 12 months) and in all honesty all trust has been lost at this point mainly because i was given the run around and there seems to be a clear disconnect between upper managment and store managment. i am still waiting on the refund but i can't believe this all happend because of a "free salad". It's a shame too as i really liked their food... Edit: I did receive the refund."

AFTER A LOVELY NIGHT OUT WITH FRIENDS, I OFFERED TO GET THE FOOD IN FOR A MOVIE. BIG MISTAKE!!! VERY DISSAPOINTED. WAITED OVER AN HOUR, THEN CARD MACHINE DIDNT WORK. I THEN CALLED THE KABAB SHOP BACK, AND WAS POLITE, AMD EXPLAINED THE SITUATION, TO WHICH I GOT A VERY RUDE LADY TELL ME THAT IM WRONG. REALLY REALLY RUDE. IF ANYONE WANTS TO HEAR THE RECORDED PHONE CALL, PLEASE ASK IN COMMENTS. LIKE I SAID AT THE BEGINNING,.....I VERY RARELY PUT COMMENTS LIKE THIS, BUT REALLY ANGRY ABOUT THE WHOLE THING.
