Have used many sweeps over the years, mostly indifferent or don't turn up. Cabby sweeps have been cleaning both my woodburner flues for more years than I can remember. Very professional, courteous, and thorough. Also cleans the glass doors on the stoves, and does a video inspection of the flue at agreed intervals, essential when you have a thatched roof. Rescheduled several times. They arrived unannounced early to my door. Wouldn't normally be an issue but I had rescheduled friends to accommodate the appointment. I explained this and cabby sweeps left and didn't return at my appointment time and didn't complete the job. Not a happy 'customer'! When discussed on the phone the reasons given were that they were too busy, had others to fit in and sorry! The 2 Visitors were in my support bubble so Covid secure and in line with gov guidance! Certainly not a house full and would not have been there had cabby sweeps kept to the schedule or called first!

Was a bit nervous as I hadnt used a log burner before but they were brilliant went over and above what I was expecting them to do. One satisfied customer.
