        Didnt turn up to collect my car when they were supposed to with no explanation, couldnt get through on the phone to contact anyone at gp metals, took a day off work and lost a days money for nothing.

        GP metals were due to collect our scrap car last Friday so husband took a day off to wait in. The guy who turned up had no intention of collecting it, said it was too difficult to do but he just couldn't be bothered. His attitude was terrible. He told us the office would call to re arrange with a smaller lorry but heard nothing. We ended up using another scrap dealer local to us who paid us more and took the car away promptly without an issue.

        Had to scrap our Vivaro mobile workshop van as it broke down just before Xmas, went online to get a quotation, and a collection date! Come collection date it was picked up, later than expected as they were very busy, but it was still Done!! Excellent. Thanks.
