        Holly was lovely. Two visits, and she was prompt to the minute on both. I showed her a photo of a necklace I wanted created. I donated a ring (for the stone) and an old bracelet. The finished article was so beautiful, and even better than I expected/hoped. I was astonished at how affordable it was, as Id given two no-longer-worn pieces (little value to me). I guess thats the whole point. I could not fault Hollys service at all
