We used Hughes Ellard on a number of occasions to both buy and sell property and we've found them refreshingly knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. Such a nice change, highly recommended

Terrible. Jumpy agent (director) who exagerated whenever he spoke causing unnecesary panic on 3 separate occasions. I ended up (as the commercial tennant) disbelieving most of what he said and communicating with the landlord directly. Landlord and I ended up sifting through what agent had stirred up in order to get to truth. To be fair we were being let down by solicitors but the many many pointless interventions were neither accurate nor welcome.
