Had an issue with my ignition barrel / cylinder ceased and not turn. Made a call at 7:30 am . Steve was at my address before 9am. Told me the the issue and did what he needed to do to get the issue fixed. Under 2 hours the issue was resolved and like new! Extremely knowledgeable , professional, prompt and what I right was a very reasonable price. Top service

After trying to change my car key to a different case due to button wearing issue, my car wouldnt start. I called on a Sunday morning not expecting an answer, I got an answer, very friendly and even advised me to go to someone else due to not wanting to charge me so much for call out on a Sunday! I needed the car for work and so I went to him, within half an hour my monstrosity key was a new working key, and the final price was nothing like I expected. Would definitely recommend great service! Thank you so so much!

Managed to lock my 2 dogs and my keys in the boot of my car. My son contacted Darren who sent the lovely Josh to be my hero. It wasnt easy but he got the car unlocked. My dogs were fine but a little confused. Cant thank these guys enough. Excellent service and reasonably priced. THANKS

I had a very worn Ford Transit key fob that had started to play up. I had looked at Google and placed Southern Auto Locks in my address book before heading to work, however, I was working in Southsea at a clients house and thought I would use a local person less than a quarter of a mile away from site, this was purely for convenience as I was in the area all day. A detailed message and photos were sent via WhatsApp, message read (blue ticks) but no reply or even acknowledgement of the message!! Once home in Havant that evening I messaged Southern Auto Locks (having put their details in my phone earlier in the day must have been an omen). Message sent at 1514, seen at 1530 and replied at 1531. This is how you focus on your customers. I had a phone call the following morning to confirm they would be attending, and was kept informed throughout the day on timeframe etc. There was a sudden change of plan and Josh called to say would I mind if he came instead of Darren enroute home, which was no problem at all. I had a call to say with you in 30 mins and 25 mins later he had my keys in his hands and had set to work. 25 minutes on, the job was done, Josh had talked me through what he had done, that all the locks work manually and that the new blipper functioned remotely as expected. He also advised that I should to watch out as my van had dual batteries and that can occasionally cause issues with the central locking etc. I paid via card and was thrilled with the whole process, it was totally smooth and hassle free. I genuinely feel I dodged a bullet with the first company, so if you want excellent customer focus, exceptional communication and a professional quick service, then you cannot go wrong with Darren and Josh at Southern Auto Locks. Would definitely recommend them, A++++
