Heather has been supporting me since the end of October 2020. Heather comes to my property at a set time, has never been late and since lockdown completes my weigh in on the doorstep. I have had a couple of slips here and there and she is always on hand to talk to when things get tough. Heather encourages you and reminds you why you have made the decision to follow the 1:1. I have lost 1 stone 11lbs and dropped two dress sizes, thats even after having 3 weeks off plan at Christmas! Thank you Heather. You are amazing and cannot wait to continue this journey with you.
