Wouldn't accept my BP Charge master key fob which has 400 credit. Had to enter as s guest and pay with my credit card. So I contacted the ' emergency ' help desk ( took ages to answer!). They suggested fob didn't work as I haven't used it for a few months...I mentioned lock down! Then I was told to go round and try the fob at various charge master points to see if it was working! I said I had no intention of doing any such thing. They are sending me a replacement fob and crediting my account.
