The cottage is small, quaint and cosy. On arrival we were greeted with buscuits, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, and all these little things were very much appreciated after a 6hr drive.
We arrived on 25th July so during the covid pandemic. So had already taken with me antibacterial wipes to give the kitchen sides, door handles etc a wipe down on arrival. The upstairs was fine, but the downstairs was a little grubby in places and needed more than a wipe down.. I contacted the caretaker and asked for extra cleaning products which was dropped off the next day.
This aside we have enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage is in a great location 60 seconds down the hill to the main area (port) but about 10 mins back up the hill
Car parking space available, bins emptied twice in the wk we were staying. Lovely roof patio area which we enjoyed our BBQ on.
Overall a great wk away with my family.
