        I wanted to come to Port Isaac for many years. I loved the scenery and am a definite Doc Martin fan. But all in all I just wanted to chill and take it all in. We booked 2 nights at the Old School House..ridiculously expensive but I thought it was worth it for a once in a lifetime experience. Port Isaac was amazing and everything I hoped for. The Doc Martin tour is sensational if your a fan of the show. Unfortunately I'd have to say the expense if the stay at The Old School was not worth it. I felt claustrophobic in the room and asked on the first evening if we could cancel the 2nd night. BUT NO THE FULL $600 Australian $$$ PER NIGHT was going to be charged so we reluctantly stayed the second night. Definitely go to Port Isaac but maybe avoid the accommodation at the Old School. I just don't think it worth the expense!!
