A beautiful self catering flat. Everything needed is here & it is cosy, comfortable & clean. The views are to die for; looking over Porlock & the bay. Just stunning. I could have sat all day just looking out the window. Seapoint is a couple of minutes walk from the pub & main street & shops. The hosts are lovely, friendly & unobtrusive & made me, my friend & my dog very welcome. Highly recommended by me!

We booked Dunkery apartment on the recommendation of a number of local residents in Porlock, after posting a query on the Porlock Facebook page. We had wanted to book somewhere that gave us good privacy, was well equipped, spacious, comfortable and a sensible price. This was our first break since COVID started and we just wanted to blow the cobwebs away. We were not disappointed at all. The booking was straightforward and Stephen communicated with us throughout the time up to the holiday. We were greeted on our arrival and, after that, were left to ourselves, in complete privacy, to enjoy our time in Porlock. The view from the apartment (dining area and living room) is amazing and, for the majority of time in the apartment, we sat by the window, taking in the breathtaking view of the bay. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. The location is perfectly convenient for walking in to the many facilities of the village as well as the many walks which go directly from the house. Porlock itself is a friendly and well resourced village with a number of pubs, restaurants, takeaways and shops where you can buy your everyday needs. I cannot fault the apartment at all - it is perfect, and I would totally recommend it. I originally come from Porlock and this was a significant return for me, to my home village. We had a perfect holiday. We will soon be booking our return.
