The ship inn porlock weir

Fantastic rustic style pub and lovely staff a d met some lovely local people who had to teach me how to operate the door!! If this was my local I could easily develop a habit of sitting and drinking up a habit ! Do visit its worth every mile.

We had a very tasty meal here today - sat outside in the sun where are many tables. By time we left the pub was buzzing & very busy. The food was good with several gluten free options, service was great & friendly. We plan to go back at the end of the week!

Great to see a pub with a good selection of local ales and cider. Can definitely recommend the Exmoor cider! Food was what I call "pubby" but good and generous portions. I would imagine in the height of the season it would be very busy..
