Having come primarily from a strength training background, I was skeptical about the benefits of yoga. I've suffered from a lingering shoulder injury for some time, and it seems like adding yoga to my overall exercise plan has helped to significantly reduce any shoulder discomfort day to day. Not only that but I love the focus on breathing and moving my body in creative ways. It's a great stress relief. Andy is a knowledgeable, patient and articulate coach, and makes yoga a really fun and rewarding experience.
