Stacey is an inspiration. The beaming smile she welcomes the class with at the start of each session is a joy. As an overweight, middle-aged man I've found the classes in yoga and pilates highly beneficial and effective. I'm more calm, at peace, have better movement, flexibility, strength and coordination. My stiff and aching joints and muscles are much better which also means I relax deeper and get higher quality sleep. Stacey and her teaching are now essential in my wellness programme, I look forward to every class, always feel better after and for days following. I cannot recommend her enough. A blessing for sure

Since attending Staceys Pilates and Yoga classes I have noticed a massive improvement in my posture. I used to suffer with recurring back problems (ex-rugby player!) and this is now a thing of the past. I highly recommend Stacey to anyone wanting to improve their physical and mental well-being. Stacey has been my personal trainer for about a year and she is fantastic! She has a wonderful holistic approach to health and fitness, considering mind, body and spirit. She combines cardio, weights, strength, yoga, meditation and more - I've never felt or looked better! I highly recommend
