I requested this survey and explained i really need this as soon as they possibly could. Within 1 week the survey had been completed and 2 days later I received the report. Very detailed and reasonably priced. Would definitely use again.

Do not be put off by the low price! They may not be the greatest when it comes to communicating but I don't need them to be my best friend. They carried out the survey within 2 weeks of me contacting them and they sent me the report 4 days later. The report was very detailed and was very clear and easy for me to understand. Thank you for making this process nice and easy!

Chase, chase, chase is all youll do with these surveyors, we were told the survey would be completed week starting 31/05/21, after that week still nothing and the occupants said they had not been contacted. Called to chase and were told they could not get hold of the occupants and that was why it hadnt been done. We were only waiting for this so we can exchange contracts for the house. Yet all the details for the occupants were correct and after someone told me theyd sort it now, 5 mins later it got booked! The survey was completed and after chasing the report just shy of a week after it was carried out were told that we would have it by the end of the week. End of the week passed and still nothing. Didnt get the report until the middle of the next week. So took 2 weeks to get the survey done, only told at the time of booking would be 1 week and a week and a half for the report, told only 1 week. Good value for money but dont expect to be contacted regarding anything.

Instructed this firm to do a home buyers survey when we had been let down by another firm. Richard advised he would try and prioritise the survey and told me when he would call the vendor of the property we are buying on a certain day. He didnt keep to this. The survey then had to be delayed because our vendors were self isolating so needed to be rebooked in which was fine. It was then delayed further because of the snow, but no one at the firm let us, the paying customer know. We were waiting on the survey to exchange contracts. I also asked Richard if the surveyor carrying out the survey on the day could call me and give me a summary, this didn't happen. I was also told it would be 2-3 days after the survey that I would receive the report, it was over a week. When I called the office and asked where the report was, it was then I was told it had been delayed and my suggestion that it would take 2-3 days was laughed at, despite the fact it was Richard who told me this time frame. They're quite good value for money but their customer service and communication is very poor, none of my emails sent to them were ever answered.
