I have found the staff at Heathgate surgery to be very helpful and considerate. Most recently I required a repeat prescription at short notice having misjudged how many tablets I had left before travelling. The pharmacy were extremely understanding and helpful sand ordered in the pills in time for me to collect before my journey. I particularly appreciated this as they are clearly under pressure at this time as is the rest of the NHS.

Don't know what happened to the warm and friendly receptionists today. Must have had an off day. I was told to go to the pharmacy about my conjunctivitis. I said I had just been to the local pharmacist who suggested I see a doctor as he was concerned about my symptoms. The abrupt response was "Ring in the morning".

In a very difficult climate within the NHS generally this surgery maintains a high standard. It you need urgent care it is available. All staff (yes I include the much maligned Receptionists) are friendly & courteous

Receptionist on 3 occasions which is the same person for all has been very rude and unpleasant and very unprofessional and even augmentative towards me and my husband, when we made a complaint the manager backed them and didn't want to know so we got no where! I have even witnessed the receptionist speak very rude to other patients! It's disgusting behaviour and she shouldn't be allowed to be in this job, shocked she is still there if I'm honest. They have zero tolerance to patients being rude to them but it's ok for this lady to do it to us and for the manager to back them when they are in the wrong it is maddness, we shall take our matter higher than the manger so something will actually get done!
