I recently used Starkings and Watson to sell my shared ownership home. From the very first appointment I felt well advised. The entire team are very knowledgeable in relation to shared ownership sales, they offered guidance and supported prospective buyers to understand whether they would be eligible to purchase and how to go about registering in order to buy. Viewings undertaken by Steven were well managed and resulted in multiple offers. The sale was then progressed by Catherine who progressed the sale quickly and was lovely to deal with. All in all a great team. I will definitely use S&W again and can recommend the Poringland branch for sales and purchases. Thank you!
