18 weeks in buying a property, the owner refused to get out, offered 1k to rent, or buy. Then the property is back for sale saying its ready to go, ready to go no where. The advice we had from Winkworth was rent somewhere for 6 months. So now we are 1600 out of pocket for our experience. Survey, searches and solicitors fee. Advice if they say they are moving in with family you need it in writing. This leaves a sour taste! Move on 12 months on we see laurel reach have it again still not moved. Glad we found somewhere better

We purchased a property through Winkworth Poringland and had the pleasure of dealing primarily with Jade McGarvey. We werent lucky enough to have her managing our sale too, but we wish we had someone as profession and committed; pulling the strings on both sides of the transaction. But with regards to everything Jade could influence, she was spot on. Cant fault her at all. Thanks Jade.
