Customer service prompt, quick to answer the phone, got my car back in very quickly when a new problem occurred, (new problem since dropping it off with them)however I've had a few problems in the past with work being carried out without my permission, (costing me hundreds without the choice of an option)the last 2 times they've learnt and have called me first, I use them because it's easy, on my doorstep, but my last experience has finally led me to leave a review..and I'll never go there again, my son , who is 13, knew the problem, and a trained mechanic told me the "check system " problem relating to the front sensors, was because my washer fluid was low! He turned off my sensors so the warning went away! Luckily I had a more intelligent person in my car! I never leave reviews, but how I was treated, as a seemingly unintelligent woman, needs to be aired, don't drive your car onto their pot holed car park, you'll leave with more problems than you started with
