        Simply 1st class service from start to finish. From Germany, contacted Flowershack based simply on Google as wanted to use local to recipient florist rather than postal/nationwide service. Request was for a non-standard, simple bouquet. I don't think it took more than 10 minutes, including waiting time for email replies, to tie it all up, including payment. And the 'pudding test' was even better - the recipient was amazed at the quality & look of the bouquet: "Absolutely stunning flowers, they are beautiful". Thank you to Katherine & team for bringing so much joy. Dankeschn und gerne wieder, as the Germans would say.
