Really high standard of work with perfect finishes. A first class team. Ryan has just completed our log burner installation including opening the fireplace, lining the chimney, installation of stove and hearth. David was very informative when it came to all the different stoves and beams and hearth options providing lots of photos and examples. David and Ryan attention to detail was superb We are over the moon with the log burner and really pleased with the result. Using Dorset Wood Burner Centre was the best decision we made. Highly recommend.

From the moment I stepped into the shop David and Ryan gave us fantastic service they helped choose the right stove for us and the installation was 1st class, Ryan even fixed a couple of roof tiles for us which he didn't have to do. We needed a new log burner and decided on a specific model which we'd seen in a different shop. I'd heard good things about this business and decided to contact them about purchasing the stove. They were able to source and supply the exact stove we wanted at a very good price. Their service is second to none, keeping me updated along the way and fully checking the stove before it was delivered. All the advice they gave has been invaluable. I'd highly recommend using them if you're considering buying a log burner.
