I very rarely post reviews on anything but felt compelled to do so on this occasion - thanks to the great job done by everyone on the AL team. We had new patio doors and a window fitted and we are delighted with the outcome. They built trust right from the off. The visit to their production site was really useful and helped to see the work they were capable of. The back office worked very smoothly, with Sara very responsive to our requests. Most importantly, the product is excellent, good value for the quality, and the finished doors and windows better than we could have expected. The installation team were fantastic - they worked with care for the rest of our property, pace to get it done before the weather changed, and all with a really friendly and helpful attitude. All this was done in a very reasonable timeframe from order to fitting. Thanks again to the team - I would recommend anyone to use this great small business.

Everyone in the company cant do enough to make sure that the final products lives up to your expectations. They are prompt at answering any queries, they are on time and very approachable. My bifold doors and sliding window were complicated to measure up and fit but they were all very knowledgeable and keen to find the best solution possible. The product is good quality, fitted well and sealed/finished perfectly. I would highly recommend them on their products and customer care

I cant speak too highly of AL Windows. Our bifold doors are expertly installed, look fantastic and the support and advice we have received are outstanding. I thoroughly recommend the company.

In searching for new Bi Fold doors I have become a bit of an arm chair expert on them. Its appears there are loads of companies out there doing Bi Folds but on closer examination this was not the case. The majority of companies will offer them but will in fact order them in from a third party manufacturer. As a result costs and time lines are increased. Not AL Windows though. AL make them in house meaning they were circa 1.5k cheaper than the nearest like for like quote. Not only this but I paid the deposit on the 1st or March and they were installed on the 23rd of March (a good 12 weeks quicker than the above mentioned quote). All this was done with a great customer service throughout the process. A massive shout out to Sara for putting up with my many MANY questions. Cant recommend these guys enough.

AL windows replaced my windows today on a Weekend . Great price too . They were efficient clean and tidy and my windows are amazing . Thank you so much
