Thank you for consistently washing the dirty windows from the above flat ! . On to my windows leaving me to clean the dirt from above windows and wall after every visit ! Purified water DOES CARRY DIRT ! due to gravity and poor workmanship !

Arranged to visit did not turn up, promised to ring back with a new appointment but didn't bother. Since have not answered the phone, terrible customer service and such a let down.
