I bought a Jaguar from this company, all was well until I drove it on a longer journey - significant black smoke and wouldn't go above 70 (significant loss of power) which was not apparent in the short test drive. The salesman told me it drove well, and he was using it to commute from Bournemouth to work, and so he would have been aware of the smoking/power loss. I notified the garage within a week of purchasing the car of the issue in writing asking for it to be covered as the car was therefore not of satisfactory condition - I have no response to date, despite repeated chasing. I don't have time to chase/argue the point with the dealer as I need to be able to use the car, so I have got the car repaired locally at a trusted garage which cost me just over 300 Inc. labour (a hole in the manifold was the cause of the issue - so it needed a new manifold and associated gaskets) - and the car now drives very well. Be wary and thorough if you choose to buy from this company or you may end up with a big bill like me and no response from this company once the sale is done.

Zero stars, sold me a faulty Fiat, rocker header gasket, the gearbox and clutch went within 8 weeks, they suggested it was my driving!!?? lol! I've never had a problem with gearbox and clutch in my life!! After many recorded letters and phone calls to them I relayed the car back to them in bits to deal with and the bank agreed with my case and refunded my money! Avoid them, they are cowboys!!!!!

These guys are fraudsters, they sell faulty cars and then dissolve the business and reopen under a different name! JW MOT's & Repairs ltd, Poole Car Sales ltd, Good Value Car Sales ltd, Dawkins Road Car Sales ltd, Dawkins Road Car Centre ltd, Poole Car Centre ltd etc..all working out of the same place in Dawkins Road. They sell through Autotrader as well as eBay and gumtree, their websites, email addresses and phone numbers constantly change as do their registered directors: Pierre Legris (convicted and sentenced to 25 years for murder in 2015) "Jesse James" "John Smith" "Jessie Sly" "Simon Bentley" "Justin White" "Roger Bentley" etc.. Who knows how many of those names are even real? They leave their suppliers with unpaid invoices and their customers with useless piles of junk. How long until these scumbags find themselves on watchdog or cowboy traders?
