CUPRA Poole

Myself and my Fianc needed to upgrade our car and decided to contact Cupra Poole for help on what car would be most suitable. After chatting with Joshua we booked in a test drive for the new Cupra Formentor and really enjoyed the experience! From then on, the road to purchasing the car was a breeze. Joshua has excellent customer service and was always at the end of the phone to help with any questions we had. We have now had the car a week and have already had a call from Joshua to check that everything is okay. Would recommend Cupra Poole!

From start to finish our experience with Snows and namely Josh Trowbridge was friendly, professional and spot on. Josh was never pushy, always helpful and clear, very personable and picking up the car was fun! There was a slight dip in communication in December when we were expecting the car so it would have been a little better to have been given a bit more of a heads up that we were in fact looking at March/April/May 2023 but despite that it was all good. Thanks to Josh and the team - Im now so far very delighted to have my new Cupra Formentor in the driveway!
