Purchased a Vivaro from B Miller & Sons around a month ago and the experience has been amazing from start to finish. I noticed a slight judder on breaking at 70mph(not a major issue), called Andy and he had it straight in for me at my convenience. The mechanic has replaced any part that could cause the issue within the hour and I was sent on my way, no questions asked or trying to get out of warranty! I will be returning to these guys for my next van without doubt. It's hard nowadays to find a trustworthy dealer but these guys are great! Thanks alot guys.

Make your own assumptions here. This is my experience at Miller and sons. I visited this garage because I was interested in purchasing a vehicle that I saw advertised on Autotrader. When we arrived Danny was helpful in letting me test drive the van he was polite and easy to talk to. The van drove well, but I was concerned by an slight exhaust smell inside the van. It wasnt horrendous but it was there my colleague who was also in the van on the test drive could also smell it. It wasnt the biggest of deals but I wanted the assurance that the problem could be looked at before I purchased the van. In walks the owner of the garage, he was confrontational and disregarded what I was saying. All he kept repeating was this van is a good van, theres nothing wrong with it. In an aggressive manner. Danny took me into his office because he was trying to diffuse the situation. I was a bit shocked at the owners attitude to be honest. Meanwhile he proceeds to jump into the van and it disappears off the forecourt. That just made me angry. So I made my excuses and left. A few days after I thought Id give Danny a second chance. I was desperate for a van with that spec. There were no other vans I could find. I called and got the owner. He did not change his tone or back down. Basically after a short conversation he stated that he didnt want me to buy the van because he thought I would be a problem customer. He refused to even acknowledge the problem. Maybe Im wrong but an exhaust smell isnt good for you when driving. The carbon monoxide in exhaust fumes is not something I want to smell when driving. There shouldnt be any smell. Who knows what the problem was, it could have been a cheap fix. To just ignore the issue was disappointing. Why would I bother mentioning it if it wasnt there? My advise would be to think carefully before you buy a vehicle from him. If you have any problems with it then good luck
