Would not recommend this place at all, firstly the owner was very rude in which I mentioned to one of their colleagues! They tried to sell me a car with no service history and decided to only tell me this when the finance agreement had gone through and when asked they refused to get it for me.when I decided it seemed too dodgy and seeing other peoples reviews I did not go through with the finance and they told me it would be sorted. One month later the finance company tried to take the first payment even though I didnt even have the car2 weeks had gone by and another phone call from the finance to say they had still not received there money back! As a result of this 5 months down the line I am still trying to resolve this issue as it has affected my credit score massively. Very unprofessional dealership as you can see from there responses to bad reviews in which I am awaiting one back and as I said super dodgy

Car purchased 4 months ago. Day 1 informed them that the door lock keys were not working, radio not working, heater not working, rear windscreen wiper not working at all and that the car had starting problem. Had to boost charge the engine for half an hour to get it to start. Took the car back and they changed the battery and replaced a unit that controlled the remote control access to the car. They did not fix the other issues reported to them and said that they could not replace the windscreen wiper motor that was broken as they spent so much on the unit for the remote control access. Thought at the time that the windscreen motor would not be expensive to replace however since found out that it is very expensive so after taking the car back well within the warranty a second time I reported the same issues with starting, rear windscreen wiper, radio and heater, their response was to say that they had tested and found no issues. I have required them to produce the proof of the testing by the person they call their engineer but they refuse to supply anything to do with work on the car after purchase proving the point that they probably did nothing. I can assure anyone reading this that no matter what their response is the car parts reported as faulty were not working inside the three month pretend warranty and still are not working. Reported to them again just outside of warranty period that all of these things still did not work and they now refuse saying the car is outside warranty and that I would have to pay. As everyone knows legally they have to repair all of these things as the have not been repaired when reported to them. They now make an excuse saying that the car has a different starting issue when it is exactly the same and the battery was nothing to do with the issue. If I could give zero stars I would. Currently I am waiting on an appointment with BWM dealer as the car we have now found has a safety recall notice on it. Dont trust these guys they are not selling you a car with an official warranty, it is just they will fix if their is a problem in the first three months. So not a warranty at all. At this point I will be forwarding the bill for BMW to repair the issues to G W Hall and Sons and it will be small claims court if they dont. Everything I have written here is true and I imagine a reply from them will say I was aggressive and threatening when speaking to them on the phone however I was not and now they use that as an excuse to not honour their legal obligations regards to the warranty or the Data Protection Act. I can only hope that the professionals at BMW can find the real problems and fix them which is what this company should have done when I reported it too them the day after purchase.
