I am very happy with Norman motors. They were nothing but professional, and most importantly, the car is exactly as advertised. They were efficient, polite, and not at all pushy. Stuart and Russel were both very easy to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Having spent over ten years in the car trade myself, I always dread buying a car as I know all of the sneaky tricks and processes used by traders to slow you down and get their way. From start to finish, the guys at Norman Motors Poole were extremely professional and Russel made my life really easy. No messing, just honest information, a sensible px price and a competitively priced car, with accurate information. The quality of their stock is absolutely excellent, and the warranty is a proper job. I'll go back in a heart beat when I need my next car! Thanks for a great experience, the car is awesome! (2018 Landrover Discovery) Edit- I needed to use the warranty after 6 months of ownership due to a failure with the engine, the process was super simple and they paid out no questions. Great service continued!
