    We have been with Voip Unlimited for 6 years and we have always been so well looked after by the team. We have Voip across our whole portfolio as our main line circuits and telephony solution and we have had a great experience throughout, happy clients, fast internet and speedy responses to issues.

    Really terrible company. Our internet was 110 a month and had a speed of 2Mbps. Tried to call several times but even their phone lines did not work because of a ddos attack. Refused to refund any money. Avoid at all costs.

    Not a good experience, repeatedly having to resolve glitches in the system (phones not ringing when they were meant to)over a number of years, repeated Team Viewer sessions which were always a temporary fix and a Senior Finance Manager who wouldn't release us from our contract without a large penalty. We paid the penalty and stopped using voip unlimted, we're with Daisy now, and honestly, its a breath of fresh air! So, just in case I haven't made my feelings clear, I recommend avoiding this company.

    After more than 6 weeks of our fibre internet line (220 a month) being down and a wait of over 7 months for some form of compensation VOIP UNLIMITED say: our legal team concluded that we did not fail to provide the service, as the reality is we supply an access pipe, without any guarantees on what websites or functions customers can access via that connection". SO BEWARE VOIP UNLIMITED ARE NOT OBLIGUED TO PROVIDE ANY SERVICE even though they obigue you to be tied into a 3 year contract with them BUT they may provide you with no service in return for 3 years payment ie : 7920 for no service over 3 years - this can not be Ofcom compliant.
