Had an issue with the first device. Phoned and received excellent assistance. First device had a fault but they kept us informed and gave us direct phone number to keep track of problem. New device is barely short of perfect. Highly recommended. Reason for 4 stars.... Not their fault but first device.... Long story short I WILL be going back.

This company sold a "refurbished" Dell 3120 chromebook to a disabled person when the item was received and switched on it told the person it had reached its end of use life and would get no further updates. This is the main reason people buy Chromebooks for included security etc. Without any updates the item was useless and left user vulnerable to hackers. Reurbo made returning the item incredibly difficult for him and refused to help. Amazon stepped in and were incredibly understanding and refunded him as this company should have. Without the help of Amazon this person would have lost the cost of this item. Please consider carefully before purchasing of this company. There is a difference between resetting a device (which anyone can do) and refurbishing it. Buyers beware!!!

Purchased 2 x Macbook chargers. Literally half the price of the Apple ones. Arrived quickly and work fine.
