Its unfortunate that I have to leave such a terrible review. I have used this service twice and the first time was excellent. We took a taxi to London Heathrow and Kevin was courteous and on time and the value for money was excellent. We were very badly let down on the second occasion. My wife and children had booked a taxi for collection from Heathrow and it was all arranged. She messaged this company on her way to the airport just to confirm that the pick up was still happening and was told that they could no longer collect her as the vehicle had broken down. Now I understand that mechanical issues exist but the fact that no alternative arrangements had been made or that they didnt even bother to contact us to let us know is extremely poor form. If my wife wasnt able to get hold of me, which is likely due to the nature of my job, she would have been stranded with 2 small children after a 20hr flight. I had to make last minute arrangements which cost me almost 350!

Kevin took me to Gatwick when I went on holiday, very prompt and cheapest airport prices around. Would definitely recommend Purbeck cabs to friends and family.
