Do your delivery lorries at the Bournemouth road store have to be left with the engine running when you are collecting empty food trollies early in the morning on a Saturday!! Been left on for over half hour!???

I went to Tesco in the evening on the 24/10/2020 and my customer experience was really bad, one of the customer service was following me the whole time and I realized he did not follow anyone else this made me feel very unconstable. Maybe this happen because I am foreign. Thank you for the opportunity to express my bad experience, I just want this never happened again to me or anyone else.
