DFS Poole

Attended the DFS Poole store yesterday, spent 30 minutes looking around the shop and at fabric samples, but not a single employee even acknowledged me. By comparison, I went next door to sofaology and was greated almost immediately, asked what I was looking for and given recommendations.

Really impressed with the staff here, firstly they all seemed happy to be working. I can imagine foot fall is slowing however they are keen but not too pushy. On our first visit the gentleman that noticed we were a bit lost, helped us find the exact sofa that we didn't know we were looking for, good price and very comfortable. We soon went to remeasure and found it was a little bigger than expected. When we returned to look at options the gentleman was preoccupied however another member of staff came to offer advice and he too was very helpful in working around our space. Again not very pushy and easy to talk to. Will be returning to purchase when we can get rid of our current seating. Can't say I have ever been impressed after entering a furniture shop however these guys were extremely helpful.
