Shut 10 minutes early for no good reason, I now cant get my suit. All you get is an automated phone message. If you advertise being open until 1800. I expect a smiling face behind the counter until 17:59:59. Very disappointed.

I broke the front door key of a house I was looking after by using it in my door in error... It just bent and snapped like putty! It was nearly 5pm when I presented it to the guy in Timpsons... I was seriously panicking as I urgently needed to access the property while the owner was on holiday. The house was a good 3 miles away. With what was clearly a challenge given the state if the key he managed to cut a new one. He then gave me his name and phone number and told me to call him so he could hang on after closing time if it didn't work. ....It worked!! I have never felt so grateful.. Jimmy is my hero! Great customer service, above and beyond... Thank you again Jimmy . What a great ambassador for Timpsons. I hope they fully appreciate you!

My Cragghopper waterproof walking trouser zip failed within warranty and Cragghopper sent vouchers to have the zip replaced with a generic zip at Timpson. I was advised it would take about 2 weeks as it has to go off site for replacement and it was done by the 2 weeks over the Jubilee holiday. I am very pleased with the quality of repair and as you can see from the photographs that the concealed generic zip is equally as good as the original. The shop manager is very helpful and straightforward.

I went in to get my mums watch repaired. A new elasticated metal strap and battery. My mum isnt well enough to come for a sizing. And the gentleman in there didnt charge me and said its free to you today. Because your helping your mum. And he wishes he still had his mum around for him to help her. Needless to say it brought a tear to my eye and made my week. Thank you so much
